Help
I have sim that ends with 236 my bill has come up to £17.68 when my new sim is 10 pounds. I have a new iPhone which I got 2 days ago why is the payment has come out and the same for the mac laptop I haven't even used any of these 2 items

The billing starts the day you have received them so the fact you haven't used them doesn't come into it I'm afraid.
