Help with sky bill

Hello I have paid my sky bill however I just received an email from sky saying they can no longer use my payment details but they are the ones that always get used nothing has changed and if I dont provide them my services will get restricted

Are your payment details up to date so is your credit or debit card or direct debit details correct because if not you will need to change it so that they are and you can do that here:

Yeah it's all up to date I use the same one for my other sky account

Are you sure this email was from Sky, is there a link in it that they want you to click through to go to your account, if there is the chances are it isn't from Sky.

Two links just telling me how to change my payment details and about the sky app it does look like it's from sky
