Help with payment

Hi my bill was due today but come out and put back in I think I need to add money to my account but I've been having trouble with my banking

Firstly don't be tempted to pay it yourself as Sky will try again in 10 days time if this is a direct debit the payment is taken by.

If you are having issues with your online banking, can you not call your bank instead for help ?

@Abigail1998 yes, that's what happens when you don't have enough money to pay the direct debit If you're able, add some money so that when Sky try again in 10 days time your Sky direct debit can be paid.
