Help to set up

I have recently moved to a house which has never had wifi. I have tried to purchase a package online however it goes through the whole process then tells me they can't complete it right now and try later. I've tried this 3 times and get the same message each time.

I have tried to contact sky directly but am unable to find a direct number it just keeps sending me online. Please help!
