Help reinstating

I've paid my bills, but my account has been suspended and just says make a payment to reinstate but I've paid all my bills and have money on the account to cover later bills ? Anyone know what's going on it's been 26 hours since I paid said bill. And still not back on

It may be Monday before the payment clears.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
