Help please :( !!! Overpaid bill

Hi I really need urgent help please I didn't realise my payment was on continuous payment authority I had already paid my bill manually once a few days late it's just came out again £166.02 total and I desperately need it back as it was money for my daughters birthday presents 🙈 please help, normally I would leave it as credit but moneys a bit tight at the moment

It is showing as £190 credit on my account however I just need the £166.02 back

Payments aren't processed over a weekend so once the original planned payment has been processed a credit should appear on your Sky account for the amount you have overpaid.

You will need to contact Sky who can arrange a refund within the standard 3-5 working days. Either call or perhaps use social media (the links are at the bottom of this page).

Hi thank you for the reply my account is showing £190 in credit already the payment was taken a few hours ago 🙈

Then once the phones lines are open in a few hours time you will either have to call Sky or use the social media links at the bottom of the page to request that they refund the credit for you.
