Help! Netflix scam!!

Ok, so if I go into Netflix via the sky tv app, it's not my account. I cannot sign out of it and I cannot watch anything.

Netflix - cannot unlink the account. Spoken to them several times and each time they say I need a service code from sky.

sky - also cannot help as are not able to provide said service code.

i have gone into my Sky account and the Netflix premium package has been selected. I downgrade it.
I pay £15 a month for this for someone else to use.

EVERY month I change my password and downgrade.

EVERY month it gets updated again.

it is not me?

Sky are refusing to help.

i have spent hours of my time over several months on the phone to Sky and Netflix and no one is helping me.

Re: Help! Netflix scam!!

None of these work because it's not my email account that's logged into sky.

Netflix won't help without the service code and Sky won't give me the service code.

Plus, on the odd occasion where I have managed to sign out of the scam account via my tv... I downgrade my Netflix account to the free version.

go back on the next day, the account is back and upgraded again via mysky.

passwords changed again.

repeat repeat repeat over several months

@AliC84 when trying the following did you note what it say at the end of step 4 and step 5 about it not being your e-mail account

  1. Go to Sky.com/shop/netflix/activate .
  2. Sign into your Sky account. You’ll be asked to set up Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) if you haven’t already .
  3. Select Recover my Netflix account .
  4. Try your password again. If it works, you’ll be signed into your Netflix account and can manage your account from there. If it doesn’t work, see below.
  5. Make a note of the email address and service code at the bottom of the screen. Contact Netflix via their Contact us page. .
  6. Tell Netflix your email address was changed unexpectedly. They’ll ask for the email address and service code you noted down to verify your identity. Additional verification may be required.
  7. Netflix will help you update your sign-in details.
  8. You’ll now be able to manage your account.

Re: Help! Netflix scam!!

If anyone else has experienced this please do get in touch.

Ive followed to steps multiple times but because no service code is generated. Netflix point blank refuse to help.

they know that it is not my email address.

Sky still refusing to help and fobbing me off onto Netflix. despite knowing that whoever is accessing my Sky account to make these changes knows my password. I change it each month and yet they still know it ?? Had to be an inside scam but how do I prove it?
