Hello, I've paid my sky bill but my service are still down is there something you can do on your side

Were your services restricted due to missed payment?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If your services were restricted due to a payment being missed then as well as paying it as you have done you will also need to setup your payment details again. One other point is if you were over two weeks late in paying the bill you will also have to pay the next one as well.

 

Once you have done this you are waiting for the payment to be cleared by the banks which will not happen until Monday at the earliest.
