Hbo chage

Why have I been charged £9.99 for signing up to HBO Max, I thought it was included?

Only the lowest tier with ads is included (with certain packages) if you follow the correct signup procedure.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Jane090464  Only Basic with ads is included, if you've chosen a higher tier you'll pay the difference.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hbo-max-plans-and-billing

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
