Hayu access issues

I have activated the Hayu subscription but unable to watch anything on my Glass tv. Keeps taking me to get started which I select then it says all set  just sign in to the app. I click on open hayu and just go round in the same circle. When I click on my account in the hayu app it's says sorry something went wrong! Subscriptions.find is not a function 4000. 
I have refreshed all apps, powered off the tv and broadband at the mains and waited 48 hours but still the same issue. It's driving me nuts - any advice please?

I am having this same issue, spoke to sky did hsual regresh apps switch internet iff etc.  ti be then told they cant fix it and to contact hayu, only problem is i cant find anyway to contact hayu

I havent even had a relpy when i messaged the  above link its deiving me crazy

I haven't heard from any sky employee even though it's been escalated twice. Still can't access Hayu, subscription has now started to be charged and can't cancel it as it doesn't show on my sky account as it says it's included in my package! Going round and round in circles - guess it's karma for wanting to waste my life watching The Real housewives of anywhere 🤦🏽‍♀️
