Have set up a second sky account with same email address

I set up a Sky account for my elderly father who enjoys watching the football. He is unable to do anything "online" due to his age and is hard of hearing so cannot use the telephone.  

I set up the account using my email address as a result, I cannot log into the sky app to deal with his bills etc. as the email address is linked to my Sky account  - not his. 

I have been spun around the houses with the awful automated phone system and cannot resolve this issue. 

 

What am I suppposed to do? The way things stand right now, you are going to lose two accounts as I am so fed up with this nonsense.

We're a customer Community, not Sky customer services, I'm afraid.

 

You'll need to create a new Sky ID using a different email address. You'll then be able to link your father's account to it.

Do you use the email address as part of the username login or is it there as the recovery/household email address ?

I'll just call Sky and cancel  - I can't spend any more time on this.
