Harassing over not returning Q Box

Hi,

As previous conversations I yet again have received a box to return my Q box. Which I have already returned on the 5/11. I have my proof of posting. Please advise who to contact, along with poor performance of my Sky Stream I am very very likely to take my service elsewhere when I move shortly.

please advise as to who to send the proof of posting to please and end the harassing for something I have already done

Thank you

WS

@WS26
I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you in the next hour or more likely tomorrow.

Look out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.

This link explains what happens.
