hiya sorry to bother everyone but I have had 2 payments taken out of my bank by sky news and sky I've never had an account with sky and don't know what to do

Your bank should be your first port of call.
Sky News (as in Comcast firm) do not take payments. It is more likely a scam misrepresenting the Sky brand.
