I changed my Sky ID and household email address prior to Christmas as I am intending to close my old email address hoever Sky continue to send contract related emails (data rollovers, price increases) to my old address.
I have searched online and on this forum but the solution appears to be talking to Sky directly to change it. I cannot find a contact number to implement this anywhere online, any advice?
