Hi All, I have been in broadband/phone cntract for a little over 3 months (2 Year Contract). as a result of poor speeds they sent the following email:
Speed issue appears to be reolved so is Offer retracted. there is no specific use-before date in the email.
I live in a rural community that OpenReach say will be upgraded to FTTP until 2026. Download spped at moment is around 30 up is 5 if im lucky. City Fibre are building infrastructure and their techie advised will be live soon.
