@Ste-p-hen if you have an ongoing service from Sky any credit will be used against those charges Sky only pay out amounts in these circumstances if the credit is significant. If you have left Sky they will refund any credit to your bank account automatically after roughly 6 weeks longer if equipment has not been returned. If however they do not have your bank details getting a cheque raised will take longer
If you need a credit paid out you will need to call in and argue your case.
