Future Sky Bill… A made up price from Sky?
I'm on Sky Stream's Ultimate TV with Netflix Premium, Ultra HD/Dolby Atmos, Sky Cinema and Ad Skip pack with Sky Glass. Looking ahead to a change that is taking place on my bills in December, that doesn't look quite
right. I'll still be in contract at that point for another 16 months. I have several discounts which I agreed to when I renewed, back in April. These increases (with the same discount/money off applied) make sense to all aspects of my package in December, except the Ultimate TV with Netflix aspect which shows the full list price of £34.10 crossed out and then the correct money off discount. Where have they got £34.10 from as the full list price? Any reference to this anywhere would be appreciated. Even when you sign up on Sky's website as a new customer, the full list price has £32 crossed out and then the discount applied of £10. My deal isn't the same but just using that as an example. Where is the transparency? And since when have Sky had their prices ending in 10p? Could this be a glitch that will correct itself before then? Another thing to mention, the increases in package costs were originally reflective in my future bills starting October (I even had an email in July to tell me) But strangely, my October and November bills have gone back to what I'm paying now.
As I renewed in April (After April 1st INCREASE DAY) My bills are on 1st btw. I wasn't expecting any price increase at all this year. Should I even have one for renewing on April 5th?
