Furious

Paid sky bill yesterday a 59 pound payment declined now today 59 taken no direct debit set and saying 27th this usually doesn't happen now because of this I am £59 out of pocket.

@Zayan1  As per the Terms you agreed to when setting up Sky service you need to have either a Direct debit or recurring payment card, if Sky have your card details (as they will if you used it to make a payment) you should not be making manual payments as it won't stop any paymen on the due date.

 

The error is yours not Sky's.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
