There is something wrong with this company somewhere. I've sent my equipment back. Retained proof of postage and I still get charged £150 for non return. You ring the number listed in the email to be told after 20 minutes that no-one can help. I am busy. My time is money too. I refuse to spend hours on the phone trying to get to speak to someone. I need help to get through to these people and get my money back that they have stolen from me.
