I've had an email saying..

Please be aware that as we are at the end of the redemption period, the majority of the dates are fully booked. The dates which are remaining are the last of the availability.

Why is this allowed to happen,

how can they give you free tickets and then say it's not available?

surely this isn't correct can sky give us an answer, as why this is allowed to happen!

You have added to a thread last posted on 11 months ago. Sky won't respond on here so if it's something that you think an agent in the call centre can answer give them a call and ask.
