I was told by the engineer that I am valid for a 4 week free trial of sports and movies. All I would need to do is click on the email to cancel if I wanted to. I received an email to which I unsubscribed but it turns out that they never cancelled my movies. I don't want this and thought it would be removed when I replied to the email. They have cancelled my sports no bother which is bizarre. Reduced my package due to the rising costs yet they are creeping back up with this con. Very dissapointed. Only noticed tonight that int future bills are predicted to be ridiculously high again. Absolute shambles. Be careful.

As movies haven't been cancelled did you call Sky and speak to them about this, if you have and you get nowhere then put in a complaint by filling in this form:
