Fraud

Hi.

 

My grandfather has been a victim of sky fraud involving a mobile phone he's paying for but didn't order . 

account is locked by fraud team and I literally cannot speak to anyone. Am being told the fraud team can ouly make out going calls. 

anyone know how to contact the fraud team?

It sounds like someone gave access to your Grandfathers account to a scammer as per this:

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.

We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.

 

If you are the account holder for his account then use the options at the bottom of that link to get in touch with Sky and once you have done change his password and also you might want to set up two step verification on the account that you can do here:

@Em72 How awful for him to have been scammed that way. The link below does contain a number to ring at Sky regarding fraud (I can't post it direct due to the forum software not allowing it).
