Forgot to post

Hi - I have cancelled my broadband with yourselves and sent the router to you.  However, I completely forgot to include the booster as well.  Would you be able to re-send the packaging for me to do this please.

@Paul1105 we're customers here, I'm afraid so can't arrange for additional packaging to ne sent to you. You could give Sky a call, or if you have so,thing suitable, use your own packaging: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

The link posted by @Mark39 should allow you to create your own label so when returning this as you did before make sure you get and keep proof of posting so if needs be you can provide it has now been returned. You could also take a photo before sending it off.
