First bill

I've taken out streaming puck package for £24 per month with netflix hbo Disney + and a couple of other apps , which according to sky is included in the package at no extra cost , but my first bill is £24 plus £8.49 for netlix £32.49 what is going on

The £24 deal includes NetFlix Standard (with Ads).   £8.49pm is the extra cost to remove Ads...
