I have received my final statement but I need a receipt to reclaim my early penalty payment

What you have is all that Sky provide.

 

We have a seen a number of posts of other providers not accepting it.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Sky won't provide anything in an additional format aside from the standard monthly bills available in your account. Any early termination charges will appear on that bill (. although they may not be call early termination charges).
