Final bill

I have moved to Bt  i need my final bill with sky to give to them so i can claim back termination charge according  to bt termination charge will be in the extra charges  on the bill and is shown as s debit adjustment 

i left Sky in July and no bill as yet will payment be taken from my bank by direct debit   thank

@Geoffers58  All bills are online, BT should accept the last bill showing you pay any early termination charges.  Have you checked your account?
