Final bill for broadband

I have moved to a new broadband provider and that went live on 27th May 

I have an early termination fee to pay sky, as I am in contract until December 2026

my new provider will cover this cost

i am in credit with sky, according to my last bill of £38

I rang sky to ask when will my final bill be available and was told 3rd june, it isn't available 


my question is how will I receive my final bill and how is it paid? 
it is impossible to get answers from sky

You should be able to download it as a pdf file to give to your new supplier.

 

Regarding the credit, if your payment details are still in place we can arrange Sky's messaging team via here to contact you about getting this refunded if you want ?

I can see my June bill. It doesn't state it is a final bill and it still shows a credit and nothing about early termination. 
I had an email from sky on the day of activation showing early termination fee of £152 but this isn't a bill. 

I would like to a refund for the credit that is due.

hopefully you can see my June bill and what is predicted a my next bills which show zero balance. Does this mean I have no termination fee to pay? 
yes my payment should still be in place, I haven't changed anything unless sky have removed them. Thanks for your help

From those images there appears to be no early termination fee to pay although as you have only just moved to another provider it might take a little while for the charge to appear.

 

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

if it helps this is a passage from the email I received from sky advising of the termination fee, I received this on 20th May

 

"As you are still in contract, there is an early termination charge. Based on your Sky package on 20 May 2026, your estimated charge is £152.00. If you decide to stay with Sky this charge will not apply. You can manage your account and view your bill at sky.com/mysky. Just sign in "
