Fibre not installed but being charged for it

I am being charged as if I have sky fibre but I do not have fibre installed, I have not asked for it to be installed and have not asked to be changed over to it, yet it shows on m,y bill,

has anyone else experienced this ?

Sky Fibre Unlimited is a legacy product and is equivalent to what is now available as Sky Superfast Broadband. Both are delivered via your standard phone line, not via a fibre optic cable.

 

You would probably pay less by switching to the current Superfast product, albeit subject to a minimum 18 months term.

Do you have Sky Broadband? Can you post a picture of your most recent bill (making sure no personal information such as your Sky account number is included).
