Fee charge

Hi. Do you know why I am being charge Admin fee. Especially twice within a couple of days.

Admin charges are normally £10 for each part of the subscription. If they weren't mentioned in the call (if you rang) call Sky again and they can listen back on your call and reimburse you if necessary.
