Failed delivery

I received a message 2 days ago that I was to be delivered something from sky ,however I was expecting a remote and wasn't told I needed to hand something over to the driver,so he refused to deliver and took it back!

Just so you know, Sky are unlikely to respond to your post here - it would be best to speak directly to them about it.

What was it you were due to handover, another remote ?

 

If so you will have to either call Sky again about this or source a replacement from a high street or online store.
