Estimated bill does not include cancellations?

My next estimated bill for 26th April has not taken off my broadband charge even though I am cancelling my broadband as i am switching suppliers on the 11th? It also has 2 admin fees of £10 - why is there 2 seperate £10 fees?

Hi @cleoaimee2324   You are only talking to other customers. If your switch is not until the 11th then you should expect full bills in the future. You are still live. Once the switch has happened, a few weeks later your future bills will adjust and trigger a refund or credit. Nobody here can comment on the £10 admin fees.
