Error page when trying to order Sky Glass and broadband

I'm trying to order Sky Glass for my dad, and the website will let me get all the way through the process, confirm broadband details before hitting a page that says sorry were having problems. 

I've tried 4 different browsers and 2 different laptops, 2 different internet connections and the problem is still there. 

The people on the phone are useless, anyone else had this issue or any ways round it?

Not sure what you mean by that as phoning will be the one way to get the order placed.
