Error message when updating direct debit details
Hi,
I have tried to update my direct debit details and keep getting an error message (online and mobile). Please can some one advise of what number to call/who to contact?

You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
