Error in Netflix activation

I should have Netflix as part of my Sky package but I get the below error message when trying to activate. Initially, I had the message as soon as I clicked the button to activate but on the second attempt I got to a screen where you enter a code sent to your phone. After entering the code I ended up on the same error screen. Refreshing does nothing and the link it gives takes you to a sales page:

You will have to speak to Sky about this:

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
