Equipment Return notice but I am still using the SkyQ service

Hi, I recently was going to cancel my SkyQ service & move to Sky Streaming but after further investigations & feedback I decided to stay with SkyQ.

i received the packaging to return all the Sky Streaming equipment which I did, still showing as in transit & I was assured I would receive my one off set-up fee back, still pending.

 

however I have also received packaging for returning all the SkyQ equipment & continued emails & text messages asking for its return. I have called Sky a few times and been told don't worry it's ok don't return the equipment as you are still a SkyQ customer.

I have just received another text to say a charge is now going onto my bill as I haven't returned their equipment.

 

How can this be resolved, please & also how do I get my Sky Streaming refund?

We would normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team, but unfortunately the process is currently not available.

In the meantime I'm afraid you will have to contact Sky again by other means; by phoning in, via Sky Assistant or through social media.
