Dear Sir or Madam,
I am not happy because i suppose to have a engineer today between 8.00 to 13.00 Hrs but he never turned up and i am paying £86.00 a month but no sports and i have been here 6 weeks and still got nothing please rebook the engineer and make sure he comes before next week in the morning please. I have been in all day but never turned up and i wasted a day for nothing. Many thanks.
