I thought I booked an engineer to come and fit my sky box and broadband and now I have received a text that it'll be done remotely

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JackieLongman What TV box did you order? Was it Sky stream? If so that has no engineer install option and would need to be setup by you when your broadband goes live.

@GD1 I have ordered a Sky Max Hub, I dont currently have any broadband/wifi as im elderly. And i am expecting a engineer to fit my broadband? however they have sent me a text saying that'll be done remotely. what can i do?
