Ending sky

My sky package ended on the 26th sept but I am being billed for October nov etc , ee took over and ended my package. 
my contact with sky ended in June so I'm not in contract

Switching to EE for broadband should automatically ceases Sky Broadband billing, but taking EE TV wouldn't cancel Sky Television in the same way: that requires user intervention because the one-touch-switch system only covers internet connection.

@ehorbs79  What services did EE take over?   They can only take over a broadband service not your TV service, you would need to cancel the TV side with Sky. 

 

In addition Sky bill you in advance and the end date may be within the next billing date.  Any overpayment would be refunded.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
