Hi i just recieved a message saying payment was unsuccesful even though i sent the 67 and its left my bank and it shows up that i payed on my bill

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI imagine it was your monthly direct debit or card payment that was unsuccessful. It's not necessary to make manual payments when you have one or the other set up (as your Sky contract requires you to).

But what if I did though will they try for another payment again

Does the payment you made show as a credit on your account ?

Yeah it shows on the bill as well
