Received an email saying my account is in credit, presume this is spam!

@Shazpick  Sky have been sending out such emails, you can check your Sky account to see if there is a  credit there.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Possibly not, if you have a credit and you have removed the payment details then calling the number on the email will see a cheque sent out to you as long as the address is the same as to what is on the account.
