Hi all, Is this a scam? I got an email from Sky stating Sky owe me £20. The number is an automated line and it doesn't allow me to enter my Sky ID to go any further. Has anyone else received similar? Email below:
"We're writing to let you know that after checking our records we can see that there is an outstanding credit of £20.77 on your account.
We'd like to organise refunding this amount back to you as soon as possible. To do this, we need you to give us a quick call so we can confirm that the details we have for you are still correct.
Please call us on [removed] which is free to call from any UK landline number, so that we can arrange refunding your credit."
