Editing my move in date

Hi all, I've moved house and need my sky package set up in my new address. I've done the online steps and notified them when I'm there and they came up with dates to set it up. However it would only allow me to edit the switch on date not the installation date. I won't be there on the date they provided and so would like help changing that and/or a number to call someone to speak to.
