I canceledmy direct account with because you still haven'tfix my problemwith my boxes 'so when you do you can wait for your money after i get compensation fot the troubleyou have causedme .plring me in person so we can sort this ouy Thank you

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

Cancelling the payment method is definitely not recommended and it will cause you additional problems. The relevant services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, the account can't be cancelled, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky could involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.

@Eddie601 What system do you have? i ask as you previously posted in the Sky+ section and if you have Sky+ then Sky won't offer any assistance in fixing any faults with that system as they no longer support it in any way.

It worth pointing out that if you have cancelled your direct debit and owe Sky money, they won't speak to you until you have paid them what is owed.
