Early termination fee

We moved from BT to Sky and Sky said they would pay early termination fees to BT. How does this work ? We've had a bill from BT for the termination fees, do we pay the bill and claim it from Sky ?  Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

You pay the termination fee as Sky doesn't but they will then cover the cost by applying a credit to your Sky bill.

You must provide a copy of the bill from BT where you have been charged an early termination fee and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address - [email protected]
