Early Termination charges when contacted call centre is way high than what is mentioned in Websi

I have to move to a new home where there is an Internet connection available. So, I contacted Sky Team to find out ho much I need to pay for eary termination charges. From the time of termination, my contract is there for 6 months and 12 days. For which I have been told I need to pay almoost £20 per month. As per the Sky website, it is mentioned as £16.94 is the amount I need to pay per month. When I asked the person in Call Centre, she said, she can't do anything as the System has calculated that amount not her. When I asked why then it is mentioned differently in Sky Website, she said, "That is SKY for you". What a great way of servicing.

Is there any way I can get the termionation charges split of how the final amount has been calculated?

The termination charge I based upon the price you are paying for your BB contract, I believe the link you provided just has example standard pricing so the price the adviser gave on the phone would be the accurate one for your bill I believe.
