How do I access the evochers showing in my bill section on My Sky app?

What e-vouchers are these ?

They are from the customer support team after we had issues with Sky. They sent an email to say the vouchers were in My Sky app, they are not showing in the VIP area but are showing in the bill area. You cannot click on them in the billing area.
