Downgrading
I have recently retired and I found I can't afford
the amount of money I'm paying for Sky and I wish to downgrade, can you help me?

You haven't said which service; TV, Broadband?
It will involve either negotiating a new discount if yours has expired or in the case of a TV subscription, removing a part of your current package.
