Double payment for wifi

Ive been charged £18 and £20 for my wifi resulting in a £38 payment and when I checked my bill its saying there's a payment for £18 and then one for £20 both for wifi

Do both of these charges cover the same dates as they might not do what dues it say against both of them ?

Hi @SharonK22   Do you see -XXdays against one of the items? This means they are playing catchup. Sky bills a month in advance.

Presumably broadband, not wifi.
