Double charged for devices still not removed

I am tired of paying my bill and then being told I will be refunded when they never do. Now I'm expected to pay £402 which is charging me for 2 of each device and a price plan I'm not on. This is month after month.

The next bill these charges have been removed and the price plan lowered. It's now £27 instead of £10 . Charged me £40 for a sim not used  charged for picture messaging  etc. 

I was told that every 14 days they automatically close any complaints etc and it's true. I've been doing this since July 2025.  

Is CICAS any good to complain to because I sent a email attached some bills and messages from sky but have heard nothing  this also applies to the email address they give for there head of ???
