Double Sky Activation Fee

Hi, Why have I been charged twice -Sky Activation Fee- if they could not instal broadband ( first visit) not because of my fault? Thank you

From what you have said it sounds like it could be a mistake if there was issues on the first attempt at and installation so I would contact Sky about it later.
